We at TNT Insulation are committed to only install insulation materials that are of the highest quality. We focus on product selection, quality product installation, and helping our local communities. All of our products that we install are manufactured or distributed by Wisconsin based companies. By installing products from Wisconsin we are able to redistribute our impact in our services back to our local economy, making certain that we do our part to make sure Wisconsinites have a place to go to work. Using local suppliers not only keeps jobs in Wisconsin, but also helps keep our shipping and receiving costs down, which in turn ensures that we are able to keep our costs to a minimum, and reasonable prices for you, our clients. 


Closed cell and open cell spray foam insulation


We at TNT Insulation are experts at spray foam installation. Our energy saving spray foam products are manufactured by Gaco Western, based out of Waukesha, WI. Gaco Western is a industry leader always in the search for better products to serve our industry. Below are a few of the products that we install:


  • Gaco 183M - Closed cell spray foam. High R-Value at 6.4 per inch 
  • Gaco OnePass - Closed cell spray foam. Spray foam product that can be sprayed at 5 1/2" passes, and achieves an R-Value of 7.2 per inch.
  • GacoToughFoam - Closed cell, 10 lb. polyurethane, closed cell, spray foam that can be tinted tan/gray/or black and impact resistant. Specially designed with colors to match any industry need, this foam is impact resistant and designed to prevent insect damage. This product is applied over the Gaco 183M in the agricultural industry
  • Gaco Profill - Open cell spray foam. Can be installed in existing homes, where no other insulation is present, or can be installed in new construction with the aid of a vapor barrier.
  • DC-315 - Intumescent paint. This paint is installed over the top of any exposed spray foam to create an ignition barrier over the top of the foam. This is required in attic spaces and crawlspaces that are accessible... such as the space is used for storage or to access utilities.


Cellulose insulation


Our cellulose insulation products are manufactured by Champion Insulation, based out of Fond du Lac, WI. Champion Insulation has been a family owned and operated business for over 30 years.


  • Weather Blanket - Top of the line cellulose insulation product. It is treated with boric acid that not only acts as a fire retardant, but also a non-corrosive additive that is a mold deterrent, and pest deterrent. Day in, day out, cellulose will out perform fiberglass insulation by 30%. Cellulose insulation is made up of 85% recycled post-consumer product, so its great for the environment.​
